COVID-19 SALON SAFETY -POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

at THE HIVE BEAUTY BAR

• The stylists/STAFF COMPLETE TEMPERATURE checks 4 times a day for safety & have COMPLETED Covid infection control training

• when you book in for your appointment you will be asked some covid safe questions

• please reschedule and stay at home if you are feeling unwell.

• You will be asked to sanitise your hands before and after your treatment at our SANI STATION - you will also hve access to the hand basin

• We will be temperature checking at the door & this will be documented in our client records

• we are taking clients details in the waiting area before appointment begins for record keeping so please arrive a few minutes earlier

• Please come to your appointment alone as we are following the safe distancing rules

• Maximum of two persons in the waiting area, (2 m apart) if the waiting area is full please wait outside on the pink chair

• please bring your own blanket if you feel the need to stay cosy

• we have a screen installed at our nail station for saftey & hygiene

• Please ask if you would like to see testers for our products

Steralisation

• All tools are heavily steralised between each client, everything else will be disposable and single use

• Between each client all areas touched and all common areas will be disinfected and sanitised eg. sanitiser pump, eft, chairs etc.

• Extra time has been allocated in between clients to steralize all things touched and used including the benches, work stations, chairs, tools, door handles etc.
